Participation in Holistic Coaching is a thoughtful process to ensure the best fit for both the individual and coach.

Monthly 1-on-1 Coaching (18 months)
Engage in personalized coaching sessions tailored to your unique needs and goals. These monthly sessions provide consistent support and accountability, helping you set and achieve Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART) goals to bring clarity and direction to your life and vocation. The program requires an 18-month commitment to ensure lasting growth and impact.
Financial Agreement
Our pricing structure is tailored to different roles:

This ensures fairness and accessibility for participants from diverse backgrounds.
Potential In-Person Visit
While the majority of coaching sessions are conducted online for convenience and accessibility, the opportunity may arise for a one-day, in-person engagement. This immersive experience is designed to deepen the coaching relationship, provide hands-on support, and foster greater personal growth. This visit is optional and involves an additional financial cost, but it offers a valuable opportunity to enhance your overall coaching journey.
How Much Does Holistic Coaching Cost?
We do not disclose exact figures online but are happy to discuss costs with genuinely interested clients. We believe our coaching services have the power to transform lives and organizations, and we are committed to supporting you every step of the way. It's worth noting that the funds received by Exago through coaching are largely reinvested into Exago’s operational costs. Our coaches embody the principles they teach having raised full funding for their own salary, demonstrating their commitment to personally understanding necessary steps for success.
